What areas do you cover?

We provide our sleepover parties and bell tents in and around Hertfordshire. We are located in SG1 Stevenage and offer free delivery and set up if you live in a 20 miles radius of SG1. We are happy to travel further for a small additional fee to cover our time & travel. How much space do I require?

Our indoor sleepover teepees require a minimum space of 1m x 1.4m per teepee, we like to place our breakfast tables at the base of each bed so would need an additional 40cm at the base. The table can be placed elsewhere if needed. 

What is included in the hire?

We include everyone needed for a magical sleepover, you can view full details of each package here. 

What is the age range for your teepees?

We recommend children are over the age of 6 years old. 

What is the hire period?

Our standard hire terms are for an overnight hire, we can discuss drop of and collection times at the point of booking. In general we look to set up after midday and collect the following day before midday. 

Can I use the teepees outside?

Our teepees and not designed to be used outdoors, we do however offer our bell tent for outdoor sleepovers.

I live in a flat, is this an issue?

We are happy to accommodate bookings in a flat providing there is easy access and if above third floor, a working lift. We have to carry a lot of kit a lot of which is heavy and awkward. If you're unsure of your access please get in contact and we can assist. 

How often do your tents get cleaned?

All our items are cleaned after every use, we disinfect all hard surfaces, machine wash sheets and pillow cases and steam clean our teepees. 

What happens if I damage something?

We understand that accidents can happen, however as a business we need to ensure our equipment is in the best condition for the next customers. Therefore should we find damage upon collection there would be a charge for the replacement of these items. Do you need access to a power source?

We only need power where we are using air beds, all lights and light boxes are battery operated.

What is your cancelation policy?

All details of cancelations can be found in our terms and conditions which can be viewed here. 

What are your payment terms?

We require a 25% booking deposit (non-refundable) the remaining balance plus a £90 security deposit is required 2 weeks before the event start date. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested (usually within 48 hours). Costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied or breakages will be deductible from this deposit.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we hold £1M public liability insurance.

How much space do I require?

Our 4m bell tent requires a total free space of 6m diameter and our 5m bell tent requires a total of 7m diameter. If you are unsure please send us a photo and we can give you guidance.

What is included in the hire?

We include everyone needed for a magical glamping experiance, you can view full details of each package here. 

What is the age range for your bell tent?

We recommend children are over the age of 6 years old, children under the age of 14 should be supervised at all times. 

What is the hire period?

Our standard hire terms are for an overnight hire, we can discuss drop of and collection times at the point of booking. In general we look to set up after midday and collect the following day before midday. We also offer day hire for picnics or parties again time can be agreed at point of booking.

I live in a flat, can I use communal space?

You would need to obtain written permission from the land owner for this. Please inform Giddy Glampers at the time of booking if you intent to use communal space even if written permission has been received.
